Woodall & Pflepsen, P.C. is a law firm dedicated to the representation of individuals. In an effort to provide quality service we restrict our practice to representation of debtors in bankruptcy, employees who have sustained on the job injuries under the workers' compensation act, claimants for social security disability or supplemental security income and veterans who seek disability compensation for service-related injuries and conditions. In order to maintain maximum proficiency in the areas in which we practice, George W. Woodall represents debtors in bankruptcy cases. Keith Pflepsen represents injured and disabled individuals in workers' compensation, social security disability and veterans' disability claims.
George W. Woodall
George W. Woodall is a 1974 graduate of Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in June 1974 and has been engaged in the private practice of law since September 1974. He maintains professional membership in the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He has extensive experience in the Bankruptcy arena having represented thousands of debtors in the United States Bankruptcy Court for The Middle District of Georgia in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
Keith Pflepsen
Keith Pflepsen is a 1989 graduate of the Walter F. George School of Law of Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1989. He entered the private practice of law in 1990. In recent years, he has focused his practice on the representation of injured employees with Workers' Compensation Claims and disabled individuals who have claims before the Social Security Administration. Mr. Pflepsen is one of a limited number of attorneys in South Georgia who represents Veterans in Disability Compensation Claims. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
