George W. Woodall
George W. Woodall is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in June 1974. He has been in private practice in Albany, Georgia, since September 1974. He limits his practice to consumer bankruptcy and has extensive experience from having represented several thousand individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
Keith Pflepsen is a graduate of the Walter F. George School of Law of Mercer University. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1989. He has focused his practice on the representation of injured employees with Workers' Compensation Claims, disabled individuals who have claims before the Social Security Administration, and disabled Veterans. He maintains a professional membership in the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, is a member of the Court of Appeals for Verterans Claims, the Veterans Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and is an Accredited Representative with the General Counsel of the Veterans Administration.
J.D. Honeycutt, III
J.D. (Jake) Honeycutt, III, is a 1997 graduate of The University of Alabama School of Law. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1997 and practiced law in Alabama until 2003, when he was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. He has focused his practice on bankruptcy law since joining Woodall & Pflepsen, P.C. in September 2012.
